97 aasta 6,5td mootori otsas istuval käigukastil 1-2 vahetusprobleem. Algas 3-4 aastat tagasi ja süvenenud pole. 1-2 vahetus käib kõva pauguga, kirjeldaks seda nagu oleks kõrgem käik sees ja siis kast otsustab, et nüüd on minek ja 2 käik lülitatakse pauguga sisse. Tasasel ja üle poole gaasipedaali vajutamisel ei avaldu, ilmneb ainult vahepealse gaasiga kiirendamisel. Kui enne käiguvahetust tiba pedaali järgi lasta vahetab normaalselt. Tekkib sooja mootoriga, külmalt kõik korras. Mingeid muid anomaaliaid ei ole. Ära on proovitud TPS(pedaali asendiandur), input-output speed andurid, 1-2 solenoid kindluse mõttes 2x. Õlivahetuse ajal proovitud valvebody's kolbide liikumine oma käega üle kui solenoidid maas, mingeid takistusi ei täheldanud. EPC -st survet tõstetud, kõikide käiguvahetustele mõjus ühte moodi, muutusid tuntavamaks ja lühemaks.
Varsti õlivahetus tulemas, kas on kellelgi kogemust või soovitust, mida kontrollida või vahetada.

---Throttle position sensor TPS needs adjusting
In scanner, there is a throttle angle vs speed.

Throttle Angle vs. Speed (ESS or TOSS)
GEAR CHANGE TPS% 10% 25% 50% 100%
Upshift 1–2 ±150 rpm 455 600 1020 1260 RPMs
RPMs = rounds per minute.

When a TPS wears out. Its the linkage, Imagine a screwdriver. The screwdriver turns the screw the TPS. If the screw and the screwdriver wears out a slight bit then an adjustment is needed. You can do it or the technician can.
Much better if there is a Tech2. A tech2 can see into the transmission.
You can also do it with a multimeter. Pin A is 5 volts going into the TPS. Pin B is the measured voltage going back to the computer. Pin C is ground.
You have to find out which is which.
Disconnect the wiring harness. turn on the ignition but don't start the truck.
Test a pin and check for voltage. If you land on a pin with ~5.0 volts then its Pin A.
PIN B is right next to it and in the middle. C is on the end.
Check for ground with Pin C in the wiring harness. Multimeter on continuity.

Go to the TPS and measure resistance between A and B and record the resistance. You will need this recorded resistance if you want to go back to the original setting.
Reconnect the wiring. Locate the wire with Pin B. Measure the voltage with the ignition on but the truck engine not running. It should be ~.47-.5 volts. The one half volt range.
If you find that its higher or lower then bring it into specifications.

To do it
Loosen slightly the two bolts or screws and "tap" the TPS toward the back or torward the front.
I am betting you have to tap toward's the front because the throttle shaft and the slot in the TPS could have worn out.

Hydraulic
Shifting valves sticking. Springs in the shifting valves.
Leaking solenoid O-ring 1-2 shifting solenoid.

Again electric
Passthrough connector. Bent or pushed pins Pins E and A E is hot and A is ground. Bad grounding from Pin A all the way to the computer.

TPS wiring from the TPS to the computer.
Grounding at the engine block. Grounding at the computer. Chassis grounding. ---

Pakuks kah pigem mehaanilist probleemi.

Mul volvol xc90 tagus samamoodi teist käiku sisse, Hõbenool oü-s treiti mingitelt ...eee.. ümmargustelt asjadelt midagi maha ja pärast oli korras.
aktuaatorid mingid äkki ?
Õpetab rahulikult gaasi vajutama,ütleme nii... nüüd on süvenenud natuke jälle taas see asi. 4 a on muretu olnud.

Ilmselgelt mehaaniline probleem kuna kõikvõimalikud andurid läbi proovitud. Kas see tuleb maha ilma "valvebody" eemaldamata, on keegi seda teinud? Selle kopsiku sisu iseenesest on lihtne.

Kui kellelgi veel sama häda ilmneb, siis uued tihendid (3tk) koos uue vedruga ravivad selle mure. 1 solenoidi peab eest võtma ja valve body saab ettevaatlikult alla lasta poltide otsa rippuma ning saab accumulator'i kopsiku kätte.
