 Questing regarding importing a car from USA to Estonia

Hello everybody, I am new here.
I would like to know what is the procedure for importing a car to Estonia from another USA.
Which costs will apply for such as; Tax, VAT, registration, are there any age requirements for a car, etc., etc.?
For example 2004 Mazda 3i
or 2000 Mitsubishi Galant
I heard that there are certain restrictions for cars newer than 2001. Is it true?

Topic is misleading - you said you plan to import a car from USA, but in the topic body you suddenly start to talk about Mazdas and Mitsubishis... confusing 
I do not know if there is any reason to have such a headache about such junk you can probably more easily find also here in Estonia, but its up to you.
Straight to topic - yes tax, VAT, registration fee and costs for building your car to meet EU standards and also cost to test it will apply. And of course transport cost if you don't have friends in US NAVY...
I don't think there is any age requirement, of course having passport may be more helpful than fake student ID - but fat VISA/MASTERCARD would definately weight more in your situation
