TPS ?
Mure siis pedaali asendi anduriga...Viskab kogu aeg veakoodiks:P0122 Throttle pedal position sensor switch "A" circuit low. Ostsin uue anduri...ei miskit, olen proovinud teiste autode pealt ja ikka sama. Kas viga juhtmetes? Kas teab keegi, kus kohas need TPS juhtmed aju peal on,veaks äkki uued juhtmed. |

TPS ?
Terv, ehk räägid lähemalt mis masinaga tegu, mootor jne osatakse sind ehk rohkeb aidata.
Esmalt proovi googeldades leida juhtmete skeem ja selle järgi vaata juhtmed testriga näiteks üle...

TPS ?
Kas selle anduri asend on ikka korralikult välja timmitud? Kui andur vales asendis on, siis võib ka aju poolt monitooritav pinge sel metsa minna. Seal on selline piklik auk, milles oleva kruvi vabastamise abil sai anduri asendit muuta - vanemal GMi toodangul pidi poteka liuguri otsal mälu järgi ca. 700 mV olema täielikult suletud segusiibri puhul. Tester sappa, kruvi lahti ning kruti kõigepealt baasnäit paika.

Proovi selle järgi äkki abiks. Miskil põhjusel kukub sul TPS'i volt aju jaoks alla 0,25 voldi ja sealt see viga tulebki.
DTC P0122 - TP SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW VOLTAGE
Circuit Description
Throttle Position (TP) sensor provides a voltage signal that changes relative to throttle opening. Signal
voltage varies from about 0.5 volt at idle to about 4.5 volts at Wide Open Throttle (WOT). TP sensor signal
is one of the most important inputs used by VCM for fuel control and most VCM control outputs.
DTC will set when the following conditions are present:
Engine is running.
TP sensor voltage is less than .25 volt.
Diagnostic Procedures
1. Perform ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC (OBD) SYSTEM CHECK. See the F - BASIC TESTING -
5.7L article. After performing OBD system check, go to next step.
2. Install scan tool. With throttle closed, monitor TP signal voltage using scan tool. If TP signal voltage
is less than .15 volt, go to next step. If TP signal voltage is not less than .15 volt, go to step 5).
3. Disconnect TP sensor connector. Connect a jumper wire between TP signal circuit and 5-volt
reference circuit of TP sensor connector. Monitor TP signal voltage using scan tool. If TP signal
voltage is greater than 4 volts, go to step 12). If TP signal voltage is not greater than 4 volts, go to
next step.
4. Using a test light connected to battery voltage, probe TP sensor connector signal circuit. Monitor TP
signal voltage using scan tool. If TP signal voltage is greater than 4 volts, go to step 6). If TP signal
voltage is not greater than 4 volts, go to step 8).
5. DTC is intermittent. If no additional DTCs are set, see DIAGNOSTIC AIDS. If any additional DTCs
are set, go to applicable DTC test.
6. Check for open in 5-volt reference circuit. If a problem is found, go to step 11). If a problem is not
found, go to next step.
7. Check for short to ground in 5-volt reference circuit. If a problem is found, go to step 11). If a
problem is not found, go to step 10).
8. Check for open in TP signal circuit. If a problem is found, go to step 11). If a problem is not found, go
to next step.
9. Check for short to ground in TP signal circuit. If a problem is found, go to step 11). If a problem is not
found, go to next step.
10. Check for poor connections at VCM. If a connection problem is found, go to step 11). If a problem is
not found, go to step 13).
11. Repair circuit as necessary. After repairs, go to step 14).
12. Replace TP sensor. After replacing sensor, go to step 14).
13. Replace VCM. Program replacement VCM using required equipment. After replacing VCM, go to
next step.
14. Using scan tool, select DTC, CLEAR INFO. Start and warm engine to normal operating temperature.
Select DTC, SPECIFIC, then enter DTC P0122. Operate vehicle within the conditions for setting this DTC.
If scan tool indicates that this test ran and passed, go to next step. If scan tool does not indicate
that this test ran and passed, repeat step 2).
15. Using scan tool, select CAPTURE INFO, REVIEW INFO. If any undiagnosed DTC(s) are displayed,
go to applicable DTC test.

Jamasin kunagi Mustangil sama asjaga. Lõpuks selgus, et viga mootori massis.Seistes süüde sees oli mass ok testriga. kui mootor käis siis näitas segast ja see mõjutas tpsi näitajaid väga palju ja lasi aga veakoodi. |
